Gozie Terms of Service 

By using this website you abide by the Terms of Service clearly stated below: 

1.) Gozie is owned and operated by Kyle Pierce. Accounts may be terminated or suspended at any given time for any given reason. 
2.) By registering, viewing, or using this website, you hereby accept our terms of service, and you willingly choose to be active within the site at your own discretion. 
3.) You hereinafter understand that under no circumstances shall any information within our site or affiliated by our site be used for anything other than educational purposes. 

Here at Gozie, we take pride in knowing that we can provide a beneficial and free service. By viewing, or registering to this site, you hereby agree to our ToS, and knowingly understand that by breaking our rules you are most certainly subject to banishment from our site. The following is our ToS:

1) Any or all legal action brought upon Gozie is to be dealt with separate from said Member(s) and as such any illegal statements made by said Member(s) is to be ignored/nullified by Authorities if a search was warranted.

2) Any and all attacks towards Gozie servers, services, users, or staff will be taken as a threat. All threats will result in the fullest prosecution.

3) Any and all information on this site is specifically for this website. Any copying of this information is known as plagiarism, in which is punishable by law. All information found here shall stay here unless proper consent is provided.

4) Neither Pornographic nor Illegal material is allowed to be posted within this website. All of such material will be removed, and possibly reported. 

By agreeing to said ToS, you hereby agree to follow all rules under void of ToS; Voiding of ToS will most certainly cause banishment from our site, and your I.P. will furthermore be blacklisted within our servers and the servers of those whom affiliate themselves with us. On a side note, attempting to bring legal action against Gozie will validate a void of said ToS.
